How this website handles your data. This is an interim notice while the full policy is finalised.
The short version
This is a static website. Pages are pre-built files served without a database or user accounts. We do not sell personal data.
Forms
When you submit a form (contact, partnership, subscription, or a programme application), the information you enter is sent to Greencubator so we can respond to you. We use it only for that purpose and related communication. Forms are handled through our own systems and trusted service providers acting on our behalf.
Live chat
The chat window and the “report a problem” button are powered by Chatwoot, which we host ourselves on our own server: your messages are not passed to a third-party chat provider. Alongside what you write, Chatwoot records the page you started the conversation from, your browser and language, and stores a cookie so the conversation continues if you return. If you leave an email address, we use it only to reply. You can ask us to delete a conversation at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion. Write to hello@greencubator.info and we will help.
